What is a content management system (CMS)?
A CMS allows you to manage website content (pages, blog posts, images, products…) without needing to write code. WordPress is the most popular CMS.
Do I need special tools or skills to use a content management system?
No. CMS platforms are built for non-technical users. We also provide training and video tutorials so you can update content yourself.
Will my website show up in Google?
Yes. All our websites are built SEO-ready. We also offer SEO packages if you want to improve rankings and traffic.
Can you build E-commerce websites?
Yes. We build E-commerce websites using WooCommerce, Shopify, or custom-built solutions depending on your needs.
I don’t live in Viet Nam, can I use your services?
Absolutely. We work with clients worldwide using Zoom, email and chat.
I already have a website, but I want a new design. Can you help?
Yes. We can redesign or rebuild your website while keeping existing content or improving its structure and performance.
What if you go out of business?
Your website and hosting access are fully handed over to you. You’ll have all logins and assets so you can work with any other provider in the future if needed.
What is web hosting?
Web hosting is the service that stores your website files and makes your website accessible on the internet.
Do you provide web hosting?
Yes, we offer managed hosting plans optimized for speed, security and uptime, or we can work with your existing hosting if you already have one.
What is a domain name?
It’s the address people type to access your website (e.g. example.com).
How do I get a domain name?
You can purchase a domain through providers like Namecheap, GoDaddy, or we can register and manage it on your behalf.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on your requirements (pages, features, integrations). We provide custom quotes, but basic sites start from a few hundred dollars while advanced systems can go higher.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. All costs are clearly listed in the proposal (design, development, plugins, hosting, domain). Any optional add-ons are quoted separately.
How long will it take to design and build my new website?
A standard business website usually takes 2–4 weeks. Larger or more complex projects take longer depending on scope.
